The brake friction material of the elevator traction machine is one of the key safety components of the elevator traction machine assembly. It directly affects whether the elevator braking system can operate safely and effectively. High strength, relatively low wear, good and stable friction performance.
Product Features
Elevator traction machine brake friction material production is to fully stir resin, rubber, fiber and other friction performance modifiers, fully extrude and fuse them through a rubber mixer, and then go through preforming, hot pressing, vulcanization, and machining products made by other processes.
Technical requirements:
1.The pretightening torque of bolts see table 1
2.Add solidified gule (Loctite 243) to part No.5
3.MachiningthearcR345oflining bythe datum of plane A and 4-016.5 on No.1, protect all the holes of No.1 before machining. and clean up all holes after machining.

1.Type of Lining: D-007
2.Surface even, no lacunas, no nicks
3.Hardness is HRR70+ 10
4.Frictional coefficient 0.42~0.56(Test method references to the provisions of GB 5763 6.3 friction performance test.
5.Internal shear strength>10MPa.
Technical requirements:
1Material hardness: 160-210 HBW The surface of the cast should be glabrous.
2.The inner stress should be eliminated by temper after casting.
3.Unstated fillets: R3
4.Deburr and chamfer.
5.All the chamfers that aren't labeled are: 0.5x45°
6.The tolerance that isn’t labeled is according to the GB/T1184-1996(K).
7.The non-machined surfaces and surface I Il should be painted. And the surface painting RAL9005, requirements see R000000306.
